Agile Portfolio Management

As organizations scale agile practices, they often stumble when it comes to determining how to reconcile their agile projects with their existing portfolio and governance policies. What worked for a traditional project lifecycle may not be appropriate for agile projects. This webinar will introduce new methods and techniques for managing agile project portfolios. You will learn how these methods provide companies with the ability to systematically improve expected return by actively responding to market and business changes. Specifically we will cover:

John Rudd, President and Managing Director at SolutionsIQ, was formerly a partner in a financial consulting and investment banking firm where he led the firm’s financial practice including advisory services, mergers and acquisitions, and interim management. He has filled multiple interim executive roles including CEO, president, CFO, and chief restructuring officer. Earlier in his career, Rudd was CFO of a West Coast oil company and a commodity lender for ING. John received his B.S. in Economics from the University of Minnesota and his MBA from the University of Southern California.

Bryan Stallings leads the efforts of the Professional Services Consulting team at SolutionsIQ to maximize the benefits that agile methods present to SolutionsIQ’s software development and agile consulting clients. He is an experienced leader of Agile adoption initiatives, both as a consultant and as an internal change advocate.  A Certified Scrum Trainer, Bryan regularly leads Certified ScrumMaster and Certified Scrum Product Owner training courses. A graduate of the Moore School of Business at the University of South Carolina, Bryan has an MBA in International Business. He also holds a Six Sigma certification and is fluent in Spanish.
