AgileLIVE Webinar Series:
More Process is not the Path to Scaling Agility
Companies scaling agility know one thing: Outcome based thinking leads to lasting and increased agility.

This webinar focuses on how outcome based thinking creates an approach that produces and promotes learning. Instead of focusing on any one process, this session teaches you how to use agile practices and lean thinking to determine the least amount of process that increases value and promotes learning.

This webinar examines scaling agility from three perspectives:
- Within Teams: What is the best process for a team and how can you measure success?

- Across Teams: How do you modify agile methods to scale in ways that fit the needs of the company instead of trying to make the company “do Agile”?

- Outside Teams: As you succeed and spread agility, how do you connect with people who are “outside the team” (e.g. operations, marketing, etc)?
